Collection of regulogs for ROK transcription factor family

ROK family of transcription factors includes sugar-responsive repressors of various carbohydrate utilization pathways [20512568, 23209028]. Induction of ROK-family repressors occurs through binding of sugar of sugar-phosphate co-inducer and dissociation of regulator from DNA sites. ROK-family regulators share an N-terminal winged HTH DNA-binding domain (SSF46785) and a characteristic C-terminal ligand binding domain (PF00480) that is similar to ROK-family sugar kinases.
