Collection of regulogs for RutR transcription factor

General statistics
Genomes 118
TF regulogs 17
TF regulons 81
TF binding sites 273

Transcription factors RutR belong to the TetR protein family and control the pyrimidine degradation pathways and nucleotide metabolism in Proteobacteria. The RutR regulon and its DNA-binding motif were discovered by application of the comparative genomic approach to the pyrimidine degradation operons in the Enterobacteria lineage. The content of the reconstructed RutR regulons in various taxonomic groups of Proteobacteria is significantly diverse.
