Collection of regulogs for PhnF transcription factor

Transcription factor PhnF from the GntR protein family regulates the phosphonate utilization genes in Proteobacteria. In E.coli, phnF was identified as a part of the phn gene locus, however it was uncharacterized. The PhnF regulon and its DNA-binding motif were discovered by application of the comparative genomic approach.
