Collection of regulogs for TyrR transcription factor family

General statistics
TF regulogs 10
TF regulons 75
TF binding sites 642

TyrR family of transcription factors includes amino acid-responsive regulators that control the aromatic amino acid metabolism in Proteobacteria [15612913, 19781550]. The TyrR-family regulators respond to tyrosine and/or phenylalanine and control either negatively or positively genes involved in amino acid biosynthesis and catabolism. TyrR-family regulators contain a characteristic N-terminal amino acid sensing ACT domain (PF01842), a central sigma-54 interacting domain (PF00158), and a C-terminal homeodomain-like DNA binding domain (SSF46689).
