Collection of regulogs for mini-ykkC (RF01068) RNA regulatory element

The mini-ykkC RNA motif is a putative regulatory element found upstream of the ykkC genes and that is highly conserved in various species of Proteobacteria [17621584]. This motif was named mini-ykkC because it appears to be a cis-regulator of a set of genes similar to that controlled by the ykkC (RF00442) motif. The mini-ykkC RNA motif is a small RNA element that consists of two conserved stem-loops, and which is structurally distinct from the ykkC RNA. Natural ligands of both ykkC and mini-ykkC cis-regulatory RNA motifs are unknown.
