Collection of regulogs for CzrA transcription factor

Transcription factor CzrA from the ArsR protein family regulates heavy metal stress response. It controlls cation efflux pumps in responce of increased concentrations of Zn(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu ions. CzrA regulators were found in Bacillaceae and Staphylococcaceae and experimentally studied in Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus [PMID 15948947].
