Collection of regulogs for TtrR transcription factor

Transcription factor TtrR is a part of of the two-component system TtrS-TtrR. It was shown to regulate tetrathionate respiration in Salmonella enterica [10231485]. We used comparative genomics approach to predict DNA binding motifs and reconstruct transcriptional regulons for TtrR regulators in Gammaproteobacteria.
