The ybhL RNA motif is a putative regulatory element found in Alphaproteobacteria upstream of ybhL genes that encode uncharacterized membrane proteins from the COG0670 family [16086852]. In-line probing of this likely riboswitch motif supports its predicted secondary structure, however the function of the ybhL product and the ligand of ybhL regulatory RNA are currently unknown [16086852].
