Collection of regulogs for SrmR transcription factor family

SrmR family of transcription factors comprises regulators homologous to SrmR protein of Streptomyces sp, that activates expression of macrolide antibiotic spiramycin biosynthesis genes [1508047, 20817767]. Most SrmR homologs were found in Actinobacteria and Firmicutes, where they control secondary and amino acid metabolism. SrmR-family regulators constitute a unique proteins family (COG2508).
