Collection of regulogs for LytTR transcription factor family

General statistics
TF regulogs 2
TF regulons 11
TF binding sites 16

LytTR family of transcription factors comprises response regulators of two-component signal transduction systems that are activated upon phosphorylation by a cognate sensor histidine kinase [12034833]. LytTR-family regulators are involved in the control of biosynthesis of extracellular polysaccharides, drug resistance, expression of exoproteins, including toxins, quorum sensing and competence. Most of LytTR-family regulators act as transcriptional activators. LytTR-family regulators share a characteristic C-terminal DNA binding domain (PF04397) and an N-terminal receiver domain (PF00072) that is common for all response regulators.
